Your date of birth
Your telephone number
This is necessary to match you with our donor computer management system. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after signing up, and the actual reminder will be sent 10 days before your next scheduled donation date. Please click the link below to begin the signup process.
A note regarding the privacy policy of the community blood bank. We take the responsibility of safeguarding donor information very seriously. There are a multitude of state and federal regulations that govern the privacy of all donor information. At no time will any information be given out, sold or traded to any public or private institution. Again, thank you for helping us to make the donation experience a more enjoyable one!
